Osprey Hideaways is a family owned and run courtyard development of five multi award winning holiday cottages. The cottages are only 4 miles from the historic and vibrant city of Stirling yet being hidden away in truly magnificent and peaceful scenery means they are a perfect location for year-round holidays. The development overlooks our own 120 acre loch, where ospreys can be regularly seen feeding in season. 300 foot high cliffs frame the far side of the loch, making the views genuinely stunning.

Stirling is perfectly placed for visiting huge areas of Scotland. Loch Lomond & Trossachs National Park is only 20 miles away and the mountains to the north or the beautiful sea lochs to the west are all within a couple of hours drive. The world famous Scottish Sea Bird Centre and its golden sandy beaches are only one and a half hours drive away. The centres of Edinburgh, Glasgow and Perth are all surprisingly close and many locals think nothing of going to these centres just for a night out. And then there is Stirling itself with its famous castle and lots and lots of other things to do. All in all Osprey Hideaways is the perfect place for the perfect holiday!

As we live on site we are here to help you as much (or as little!) as you want. We have an extensive knowledge of the local area and Scotland in general and are able to give you lots of tips on how to get the best from your holiday. Whether it's local walking routes, grand tours through the Highlands or shopping in Edinburgh or Glasgow we should be able to help plan the perfect day out.
