COVID-19
Your health, safety and well-being while you stay at our cottages is our priority. In light of COVID-19, we are implementing additional cleaning protocols at our cottages to ensure you can relax and enjoy a safe break. Prior to COVID-19, we always took great pride in the exceptionally high standard of cleanliness of our cottages. Now, we are taking extra steps to ensure that our cottages have been cleaned strictly in line with the new COVID-19 protocols. We also ensure that we follow cottages.com Safer Stays principles.
Cleaning
- Appropriate Personal Protection Equipment will be worn by all cleaning staff.
- Anti-viral disinfectant will be used on all surfaces and high touch areas.
- Extra time will be allowed between changeovers to allow for additional cleaning.
- Hand soap and extra cleaning equipment will be provided in all cottages.
Arrival and Departure
- The check-in and check-out processes are contactless.
- Your welcome folder containing WiFi codes and instructions for central heating, cookers etc will be left in the cottage for you.
- As always, we will be available by phone or at reception should you have any questions during your stay. Our courtyard also has sufficient outdoor space where we can meet with you while maintaining our distance if this is necessary.
