See and Do Around Osprey Hideaways
There are a large selection of activities that can be done from Osprey Hideaways without having to get in your car. We are always happy to provide ideas on local activities to do.
Walking |
Due to our rural location we have many beautiful walks on the doorstep of the cottages. Our personal favourite is the nearby cliff top walk which provides superb views over the loch, surrounding farmland and further afield such as Ben Ledi and Ben Vorlich. There are plenty of other walks, both on our doorstep and a short drive away, and we are more than happy to provide recommendations and directions.

Biking |
Every sort of biking is available locally and we can advise on suitable routes. We welcome bike riders and will happily store the bikes for you. We also have outside washing facilities to keep the bikes clean.

Fishing
|
Osprey Hideaways is a perfect venue for anglers. We allow guests to fly fish in the loch during the legal open season for wild brown trout. There is a huge amount of angling available locally for game or coarse. We are anglers ourselves, both professionally and for fun, and can provide detailed advice on venues etc. locally and further afield.

Swimming |
For the brave there is the option to go wild swimming in the loch. The loch is a 5 minute walk from the cottages however we warn you that the water can be quite cool!

Wildlife
|
Our rural location makes us the perfect location for wildlife watching much of which can be seen from sitting in your cottage. We have everything from ospreys to robins to roe deer to hedgehogs.
